May I know if employee is not performing
well in a company , then how company can terminate him & when his salary
should be credited, any notice period is required or not.
Your question is too vague. Is the employee on Probation or a confirmed employee? What the grounds for termination. Notice period will depend on the terms and conditions mentioned in the offer letter and compensation, if any in lieu of notice period.
