Company Termination Policy- Need Help

May I know if employee is not performing well in a company , then how company can terminate him & when his salary should be credited, any notice period is required or not.

Your question is too vague. Is the employee on Probation or a confirmed employee? What the grounds for termination. Notice period will depend on the terms and conditions mentioned in the offer letter and compensation, if any in lieu of notice period. Has there been any written communication to employee to improve performance and was a chance given to improve. All the above factors and actual reason why you wish to terminate is quite essential.
