Separation from any position and in any company is important. There should be effective separation process by human resource department.

HR should conduct Exit interviews at the time of employee resignation. They should have proper exit questionnaires and formats at the time of employee’s exit interviews. This exit policy can give the exact picture of employee separation and work culture of the company.
