Respected HRDGuru members, if an employee do not have Aadhar Card or neither enrolled with Aadhar till date, in such case if he wants to register for new UAN generation, how he can register online? Please suggest if there is any other way.
Surely, Rajneesh, there is another way for an employee to register for UAN without having an Aadhar Card. Only Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (RPFC) has such controls to open any UAN account without any registration. In this regards, you need to talk your employer. Your employer then can raise a concern with Regional Provident Fund Commissioner stating that the employee does not possess Aadhar Number. They will generate an UAN account for concerned employee and forward the details to their employer. Hope it will help you.
Hi Rajneesh, as continue on above discussion Aadhar card number is mandatory for all employees registration. But here one exemption for north –east state citizens if your employee from those state select option there from north ester state then system will accept other than citizens Aadhar, Enroll No is Must.
